Now that I’m 4 months post-op, there are times when I even forget I had surgery.. haha People around me also ask me several times if I really had rhinoplasty lol I liked my nose best at around 1–2 months, so I felt a little sad that it kept looking more natural as the swelling went down, but when I look at it again these days, I’m satisfied because it feels like a naturally pretty original nose with no obvious signs of surgery. Sensation is almost back too, and only the nasal tip and columella still feel very slightly numb and tight. I think it’s almost settling into place now.. My image is on the more glamorous side, but that’s not really what I’m going for, so I was worried because people around me tried to dissuade me, saying my impression would look stronger if I got my nose done. But I really love it now because my image hasn’t changed much and only the flaws were covered! If anything, after rhinoplasty, people say my impression looks softer and younger, so I feel good!!
