I went there to have moles removed, and the doctor was cool and straightforward. They were so cool that I felt a bit self-conscious during the consultation. I visited because a doctor on YouTube had previously recommended them as someone highly skilled at removing blemishes. Maybe because they’re skilled, their way of speaking doesn’t have a lot of friendliness or warmth, but their actions are kind. I was upset because a mole I had removed at another clinic left a scar, and they said laser treatment can cause scarring, so they removed it with a painless laser instead of a typical laser. They said the moles would gradually lighten starting a few months later, and if that happens, I plan to go back to have melasma removed too.
