I had incisional double eyelid surgery together with epicanthoplasty and lateral + lower canthoplasty. I originally had double eyelids, but I wanted a higher crease line, so I got it done, and it seems like the swelling still has not fully gone down. Also, if you already have double eyelids like me and are considering double eyelid surgery, I do not recommend it. Honestly, I would want to talk you out of it. If you have monolids, that might be different, but the image does not change much. It feels like only time and money are being spent..
