The area around my mouth was sagging, and especially with nasolabial folds too, I had an older-looking face where only the midface stood out noticeably. Even though I had thread lifting, the effect was minimal for me.. When I got a consultation, the incision range was customized more than I expected, so it wasn’t that large, and after thinking it over, I had the Gulliver Lift surgery. They said this was structural sagging, so instead of just pulling the skin, it needed to be lifted vertically and fixed to the SMAS layer to improve it cleanly. Thanks to the director, the nasolabial folds and the cheek sagging I originally had were both corrected, so my midface looks much shorter, which is great If I had known the effect would be this good, I would have done it much earlier before getting thread lifting.
