I used to have a hooked nose, drooping nasal tip, wide nasal tip, etc... Overall, my nose was large and masculine. I visited many other places for consultations, but the fact that it was a one-doctor clinic, the cost, and above all, the nose shape they suggested during the consultation suited me well, so I decided to go with them. At Mighty, I had dorsal hump refinement and correction + bulbous nose correction, and the material used was entirely autologous costal cartilage. When I watched nose surgery vlogs on YouTube, everyone’s face was extremely swollen and they had a lot of bruising around the eyes, but I only had a bruise about half a finger joint in size on the nasal bridge, and it didn’t hurt either. The area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested does hurt a bit. Overall, I’m satisfied, but the swelling in the nasal tip hasn’t gone down much yet, so it still looks bulky. I hope the swelling goes down quickly.. I’m excited!!
