The director pursues a natural look and usually does not recommend epicanthoplasty unless it is really needed. As I was advised during the consultation, I only had surgery for ptosis and double eyelid surgery. I really trust this point, and I think it is one of the advantages. Actually, quite some time has passed since the surgery, and because it looked natural after surgery, I was fairly satisfied. However, now when I close my eyes, it is slightly obvious that I had surgery, and one eyelid line had formed into two lines, but it settled into the line on the side where the symmetry was off, so it is asymmetrical. I am considering revision surgery.
