I had no nasal bridge, and my nasal alae were drooping, so my overall impression looked kind of dull? That was the issue. There aren’t many places that do alar surgery, and finding one that’s good at it is like finding a needle in a haystack. The place where I got surgery was famous for this procedure. Lifting the nasal alae is called an alar lift, and they were known for being good at alar lifts and columella surgery. I think doing these surgeries together played a big part in making my nose look smaller! Explaining how much to raise the nasal bridge with words alone felt vague, but following the director’s recommendation seems to have raised it appropriately without looking excessive. A few months have passed since surgery, so I don’t think the shape will change much now, so I’m writing a review.
