Leaving a review one week after breast augmentation at the plastic surgery clinic!
1. Reason for surgery: My breasts were small, about 70AAA Wearing padded items was essential, and every summer my confidence would drop.. I worried about it every year, and this time I decided to get breast surgery!
2. Why I chose this plastic surgery clinic: I only went to two consultations, and compared with the other hospital, this clinic seemed to place importance on safety and cleanliness, and I was drawn to Director Park Ji-hoon’s trustworthy consultation. They analyzed my body type more accurately here and recommended implants/sizes that suited it. The clinic was so popular that the surgery schedule was almost full.. so I quickly booked the surgery at the same time as my consultation.
3. Surgery review * Surgery information: Motiva right 320 / left 300, inframammary incision - Day of surgery: When I opened my eyes after surgery, I was out of it because of the anesthesia, and my breasts felt a bit heavy and tight, so it was uncomfortable. Fortunately, I got lucky with the pain-control infusion, so I don’t think it hurt. My throat wasn’t as dry as I expected either! I was discharged about 4 hours? 5 hours? after the surgery started. After getting the surgery, I realized that small everyday movements are connected to the chest muscles. Opening and closing doors, fastening a seat belt, and things like that easily made me feel stimulation in my chest. The hospital also told me to use my arms as little as possible, and the feeling was strange to me too, so I tried not to use my arms as much as possible. When going home from the hospital, I rode in my parents’ car, and even though it was a 1-hour trip, it wasn’t particularly uncomfortable or difficult. When I got home, I ate porridge, took my medicine, and went straight to sleep.. I had to sleep sitting up, and it was hard to get used to. I used cushions to make it comfortable to sleep while sitting and then slept.
- Days 1-3: I used annual leave and rested for 3 days including the weekend. There was enough discomfort when moving that I thought it was good I rested. Since I couldn’t use my arms, I sat down and stood up using only leg strength, and since they said it was best not to walk too much, I mostly just sat. Speaking loudly or talking a lot was tiring too. I think I washed for the first time around the evening of day 2; because the upper body had bandages attached, I wiped my body with shower wipes, and washed the lower body with water. I thought it would still be hard for me to wash my hair myself, so I asked my mother.. and she washed it for me. My breasts were still very tight and shaped like rockets about to launch. The swelling also went badly down toward my abdomen, so I walked a little at a time to help reduce swelling. For reference, the compression bra squeezed my body a lot.. so it felt stuffy and like digestion wasn’t going well.
- Days 4-6: I went to work. There wasn’t a major problem using my arms, but sometimes when I lifted something heavy or put in strength, I did feel stimulation in my chest. Other than the compression bra being uncomfortable and occasional stimulation in my breasts, I went to work without much discomfort!
- One week: I finally went to the hospital and had the compression bra removed!! As soon as I got there, I received CAPS + a massage chair, but I don’t know the effect of CAPS yet. Then I met the director, had the compression bra removed, and they removed all the bandages too..! The director said there wasn’t much swelling and the shape was pretty, so I felt good haha. Now I’m wearing the bra made by the clinic. They said I have to keep wearing it except when washing. Still, now that the compression bra is off, it feels like I’m finally seeing my real breasts. They said I still shouldn’t push my breasts together, so I’m just diligently wearing the bra around. Oh, to talk about the breast changes, the rocket-launch shape is gone, and the very tight feel has disappeared too. When I wake up in the morning, my breasts feel weighty and heavy, but after washing and getting ready, it gets better. I hope I recover more quickly!
