I really had such a strange nose~ I had definitely had nose surgery, but it actually made my midface look longer. But another weird thing was that from the side, the length looked short. Even my nostrils were uneven^^ They said my nose was crooked. I wanted the surgery to be as implant-free as possible.. and to look feminine. I hoped the doctor would understand that well. I was looking for someone who could find a nose that suited me without me having to explain too much, and Dr. Eom Ji-hong caught my eye. He made it feminine and dimensional, and I wanted it done without an implant, which he accommodated. The surgery was completed without silicone, using ear cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, and autologous costal perichondrium. My nasal tip doesn’t look lifted, and my columella came down so beautifully. It feels like I found the nose of my life^^ I hear a lot that I look younger now~ I’m glad I had the revision surgery.
