I had my first eye surgery 2 years ago, but the line became lower and almost came undone, so while researching revision surgery options online, I ended up getting a consultation! The consultation manager was kind and explained things in a friendly, attentive way, which was nice, and the director also answered many of my questions. Since it was revision surgery, they explained the options in detail and told me to think it over carefully. When I visited 4 places, I was told that I would need an incisional method, and that ptosis correction or canthoplasty was optional, or maybe not really necessary? But the director here gave me choices like ptosis correction + a thin double-eyelid line but clear-looking eyes / no ptosis correction + a slightly thicker line but the eyes may look a bit sleepy, so I did choose the former for now, but I’m still debating a lot about whether to do ptosis correction or not, so I think I’ll look around a bit more I currently have surgery scheduled at this place.
