For the first round of breast fat grafting, I had 200 cc, and one month later I had 150 cc put in for the second round. I wasn't originally on the small side either, so implants felt burdensome, and since I had gained weight, I decided to have surgery thinking I should remove that fat and put it into my breasts. Since people say fat grafting gets absorbed, I ate a lot after surgery so I wouldn't lose weight, and the engraftment seems to have gone well. But as I started dieting again, I feel like some of it is gradually going away, though I'm satisfied with the result. Still, I guess it will gradually go down ..
