Review 1.5 months after facial fat grafting & under-eye fat repositioning

As I got older, the fat in my face kept decreasing, and starting 2 years ago, the fat under my eyes also began to sag, so I really started hating looking in the mirror I have two kids in high school and I’m not the type to decide easily, so I searched for plastic surgery clinics on Instagram and kept watching reviews of hospitals that kept coming up through the algorithm. I watched them for a year and a half....;;; There were really so many things to look at, like reviews I liked, post-op photos, and whether the hospital’s surgical methods seemed trustworthy, so it took some time to decide. In the end, after continuing to watch algorithm recommendations centered on one hospital in Apgujeong-dong, I felt my decision was right, so I had a consultation at the hospital I finally chose, set a surgery date, and had surgery. I’m sure others are the same, but more than the surgery cost, I carefully looked at whether they had the skill that would satisfy me and how many patients they had operated on until now. On the day of surgery, I went at 10 a.m. and had the design done by the doctor, and we decided to take the fat for facial fat grafting from my thigh. Important tip here!!!! At the hospital I went to, they did thigh liposuction after making a small incision around the center of the Y-zone, so for anyone getting lower-body liposuction, I recommend waxing beforehand. I had waxed about a week before, so it didn’t really matter, but I’m saying this in case anyone gets flustered^^; On the first day, even though I was extremely swollen, my daughter said my forehead was so pretty and pestered me to let her get just her forehead done later too lol. As for pain, the under-eye fat repositioning didn’t hurt, and the fat grafting didn’t hurt either, but the thigh liposuction hurt a little. I had 120 ml removed, and I don’t know whether the pain varies depending on the amount removed. Also, I’m the type who bruises very easily, so I was worried my face would bruise badly too, but the facial bruising was a little yellow bruising, and the thigh bruising was no joke. Seeing the bruising and since they were doing liposuction from the thigh anyway, I slightly regretted not doing thigh liposuction together too haha. In the end, there was almost no post-op pain, and from 2 weeks onward, I went around without wearing a mask. In the 3rd week, I had a gathering with the moms of my child’s classmates, and it was natural enough that even an older friend with a sharp eye didn’t notice. Instead, the least observant older friend told me she wasn’t sure what it was, but I looked younger lol. And the most amazing thing is that even when I take photos with a regular camera, there are no embarrassing angles!!!! I like that the most Before surgery, I really couldn’t imagine taking photos without a filter. I decided to go through with a second round of fat grafting too, so after two months pass, I’m going straight into the second fat grafting. I’m satisfied even now, but doing the second round will help it last longer and add refinement, so I’m really looking forward to it. Also, my under-eye fat repositioning need was so mild that neither the doctor nor the manager really recommended it, but I didn’t want it to get worse and then suddenly one day, ta-da! become noticeable enough for people to talk about how much younger I looked, so I think it was really good that I did it when it bothered my own eyes. I wanted to look somehow younger and prettier from a third person’s view, and I think it was a success. For those worried because your facial fat has really decreased, the surgery is honestly easy, and it’s over after you take one nap and wake up, so don’t be too scared haha. And definitely get under-eye fat repositioning. Do it twice. It gives you confidence and the satisfaction is 1000 percent.
