It has been 4 months since my double-chin muscle-tying surgery. I had the muscle-tying surgery at 1 Percent Plastic Surgery Clinic, but maybe because it was still early after the surgery, the double-chin area looked even more prominent to me. I was told it could be because of swelling, so for now I’m managing it and waiting. Personally, there are still parts I’m not fully satisfied with, but I think more time is needed to see the progress. 1st: before surgery 2nd: after surgery For reference, I’m thinner now, and I’m underweight: 162 cm, 43 kg. If you ask why I did it when I didn’t have to, I had it tied from the beginning because I thought I might as well tie it together to prevent sagging after square-jaw surgery.
