Drooping nasal tip after revision rhinoplasty

I have drooping of the nasal tip after revision rhinoplasty, so I’m planning to revise only the nasal tip. It drooped more than my previous nose, so my nose looks longer. The clinic where I had the surgery said they would use donated dermis and only charge me the material cost, so I’m waiting. I’m worried that even after revising only the nasal tip, the tip might drop again... My previous nose didn’t have a drooping tip, but the silicone was set high, so it looked obvious, like a chalk nose. During the revision, I asked them to lower the nasal bridge and make it a bit shorter, and at first I really liked it. But after 4-5 months, the nasal tip gradually started drooping, so my nose looks long and the tip also looks spread out. I really don’t like it, so I’m planning to redo only the nasal tip.
