As the swelling went down, the area where the silicone was inserted on the bridge of my nose became itchy and there was a bit of a foreign-body sensation, but that has almost completely gone away now. But since early this morning, the area right above the tip of my nose has been itchy. The swelling seems to be going down a bit too. To me, there wasn’t much sensation until now, but as it settled, it feels like the sensation has come back... Could this be inflammation? Surely not? I’m worried;; It seems like most of the swelling is gone and I want to get the stitches out quickly without any problems... Also, on the day the stitches are removed, do you just take off the tape and have the stitches removed? Or do they also press on the nose after removing the stitches? (That part hurt quite a bit) Oh, and the hospital I went to doesn’t usually give injections!! And after the stitches are removed, do I not need to go back to the hospital?? Please answer!!
