I escaped padding and gained breasts

I just got caps care today and thought of it on the way back, so I’ll write a review. I usually wear tight clothes a lot, and in summer it was so hard wearing a super padded bra with thick pads stuffed in I kind of like glamorous clothes, and I always thought they looked pretty only when the chest was big, so I decided to get surgery. During the consultation, I told the director I just wanted my breasts to be big no matter what, but while consulting, he explained in detail about side effects and how it’s better to put in a size that suits me, so I put in a size that suits me, just enough not to look bulky! Before surgery, the manager checked once first, and the director checked once more as a second check, so I felt they were thorough. For aftercare too, every time I go to the hospital the director personally checks on me and takes good care of everything, so the feel has really become soft and squishy, and I think the breast shape is settling beautifully too lol I recovered smoothly without anything too hard, and there wasn’t anything particularly uncomfortable haha It’s still only one month, but they said the feel will soften more as time passes, so I’m looking forward to it. I want summer to come quickly so I can wear pretty clothes haha
