Review of continuous buried-suture double eyelid surgery (please give me advice too~)

Last Friday, I had continuous buried-suture double eyelid surgery at ㄷㄹ. My appointment was definitely at 3, but it was 8 when I finished. It wasn’t because the surgery took long; I waited for more than 4 hours. I don’t know if they’re just acting famous, honestly... From what I saw, since double eyelid surgery is considered a relatively small surgery, it seemed like they were fitting it in between bigger surgeries like nose surgery. So it seemed like almost all double eyelid surgeries had to wait more than 3 hours. After waiting 3 hours, I got so annoyed I even thought about not doing it.... My mom, who came with me, said she was so hungry she really couldn’t wait anymore and asked if she could go first, so it was really awkward. Ah, I should write the surgery review... It ended so quickly that the 5-hour wait felt pointless, and the anesthetic injection just stung a little. There seemed to be almost no bleeding, and it didn’t hurt at all after surgery either. But not being able to wash my face or hair for a few days was really hard. When I washed my hair yesterday, it felt so refreshing... For those going for surgery, wash and shampoo as close to the time as possible before you go. ^^ After surgery, whenever I had time, I did cold compresses, didn’t lower my head, slept with a high pillow, drank a lot of green tea, went outside and walked around a lot, and avoided all greasy foods, pork/chicken, and flour-based foods that are said to be bad for swelling. Maybe because of that, or maybe because I originally don’t swell much, it has gone down quite a lot. I saw somewhere that continuous buried-suture swelling can actually be worse than incision, so I worried a lot, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’ll upload photos to the photo section soon~ But I have one question here!! Am I not allowed to exercise right now? Strenuous exercise like weight training. If so, would light exercise like cardio or stretching be okay? I’d appreciate advice from people with deep experience~~
