It’s been over 3 months since my first fat grafting session! I already have the date set for the second session. The areas I had fat grafted were my forehead, anterior cheeks, and nasolabial folds, and now that everything has settled, my facial contour line has become softer. For the second session, I’m thinking of adding a little more, considering some of it will be absorbed later. I had my nose surgery and fat grafting done together, so the before-and-after change is relatively bigger, but I think people without much facial fat would also see a big change :) It doesn’t leave separate scars, and it’s a good surgery for becoming prettier without looking obvious, so if you’re planning to add volume to several areas or a larger amount, I recommend fat grafting over filler.
