Even though my eyes are on the longer side horizontally, they looked small and felt stuffy, so I got double eyelid surgery. I’d seen a lot of my friends get double eyelid surgery and then need revision surgery, so I mainly looked for places where the director had many years of experience and lots of reviews Among the places I visited, I liked one clinic the most, so I picked that one! The director specializes in eye surgery, so the explanation was really detailed, and I learned a lot about the condition of my eyes that I hadn’t even known myself. For the surgery, I got natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + non-incisional ptosis correction, and the director said I didn’t need canthoplasty, so I didn’t do it! Some other places had recommended it though.. overtreatment.. *grumble grumble* Anyway, after getting double eyelid surgery there, I only did the basic care the hospital told me to do, but the swelling went down super quickly. No need to buy swelling tea or swelling pills. Just doing warm/cold compresses properly was enough. Now it feels like everything has almost completely settled, and even when I look at the proportions of my facial features, it looks so good Most of all, the double eyelid line isn’t too much and has exactly the naturally defined yet polished look I wanted, so I’m really happy with it!!
