On days when I'm really stressed, I unconsciously clench my teeth tightly while sleeping, so my jaw hurts so much in the morning. My jaw muscles weren't particularly developed, but I visited because I wondered if it would help. Even the counseling manager said I shouldn't expect a change in my face shape sob I just thought, since I'm getting it anyway, how nice would it be if my face got slimmer... I had anesthesia for 30 minutes before going in, and even though it was my first time, they praised me for tolerating it well vV There were no problems at all in daily life, and even when I clench, the muscle doesn't really bulge up. But recently, when I eat a big wrap or something a bit tough, I feel a stiff ache. I guess it's because my chewing strength has weakened haha I'm thinking of getting it regularly!
