I went for a consultation because this was the hospital used by influencers. It was around 4 o'clock, and the director looked extremely tired. I wanted to lower the overall height, but they said that after opening the nose, it might actually need to be made higher, so that was a hard no for me and I gave up on this place. But why would they say they might need to raise it for someone who wants it lower? There was not much explanation, which was frustrating. The manager was kind, and I do want to go back for another consultation sometime. Is it impossible to lift a drooping nasal tip and lower the overall height? I still wonder if that is why they said that. I like the straight-but-slightly-curved look in the review photos, but I do not want the tip to drop
