My nose is throbbing and painful, so I can't sleep, so I'm up like this late every night. I had my nasal bridge built up with silicone, and because my columella was recessed, they made a columella with cartilage~ Even if it was noticeable, since I was getting surgery anyway, I wanted a high nose, but the doctor said it absolutely had to look natural, so in the end they didn't raise it much., It's day 3, but it hasn't swollen that much. They said they'll remove the stitches 1 week after surgery. I want to get them removed quickly and go hang out with my boyfriend Ah! Also, I have a philtrum, but maybe because they lengthened the columella, it's very swollen, so my upper lip doesn't close well, you know? Does this happen to you all too? I'm needlessly worried
