Five years ago, I had partial incision open-type surgery for osteotomy, silicone, ear cartilage, and alar reduction. Representative director Seok Jeong-hoon personally did the consultation and surgery well, so I was satisfied. At the time, the staff were very kind, but now, five years later, when I visit for follow-up checks, the atmosphere is not the same as before, and everyone is just doing their own work, so it felt different and unfamiliar. Also, when I make inquiries, the replies are too slow, which is inconvenient.
