I had an incision procedure and it's a total mess (I uploaded the photos again)

The first photo is without straining, and the second is with straining. Please also take a look at the line thickness. This is a photo from 2 days after surgery. The bruising is no joke, and the sausage swelling is no joke either,,, Anyway, what worries me is that when I strain, the line goes in at the front, but at the back, no matter how much I strain my eyes, maybe because of swelling, the line doesn't go in at all and the crease mark just stays visible. I'm getting the stitches removed tomorrow, but if even after removing them the line still doesn't go in at all when I strain, what am I supposed to do about this I had surgery exactly on Tuesday night, as the very last patient, and they told me to come anytime on Saturday to get the stitches removed. By the date it's 5 days, but by the hours it's being removed after 4 days. Is that okay? Would it be better to remove them a little later? Since tomorrow is Saturday, I was thinking of going early in the morning to get them removed and come back
