Please tell me if this is swelling or fat!!~

If you just try to comfort me and say it's swelling, I'll hate you-.-;;; hahaha I'd appreciate it if you could objectively tell me whether it's fat or swelling. Oh, and back then I had micro epicanthoplasty, but I think I read on a bulletin board that micro epicanthoplasty isn't a procedure that makes the eyes bigger by widening them sideways, but rather an eye-shape correction that makes eyes that look stuffy because of the Mongolian fold look a bit more refreshed.. heu-eong-eong;;; Well, if they opened up my Mongolian folds, my eyes might have looked too close together.. hahaha As of today, it's been exactly one week since surgery~ Other people look really natural even after one week, but I completely feel like I'm sliding along♩♬ Be true to your instincts!!~♬♪ ㅡ.ㅡ It feels like I'm radiating an aura that says awkward, awkward, awkward.. sob~ I'm also radiating an aura that says you got your eyes done, you got your eyes done, you got your eyes done, you got your eyes done, you got your eyes done, you got your eyes done~.. sob sob It may look less like that because only the eyes are shown separately, but when you see my eyes, nose, and mouth together, it looks awkward~
