Ha, they operated on me with an L-shaped implant that disappeared 20 years ago. It shifted way too far to the right, and anyone can tell. They just uniformly put in the exact same implant, just one piece, plop. My friend had it done here too. They put in silicone here and raised it too much, so the nose became red, started too high from the forehead area, and became a hooked nose, making the face look long. Never get plastic surgery here. I joined this community to look into revision surgery.
