3 years ago, I had incisional double-eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. I don’t remember the exact price, but at the time I received a student exam discount, and I think it was around the low 1.9-2.0 million won range. My double eyelid has not come undone, and I still have not had severe side effects like sausage eyes, but personally I don’t want to recommend it. 1 I originally had a severe asymmetry: my right eye was a monolid with a lot of eyelid skin, and only my left eye had a double eyelid. Even though I had ptosis correction and double-eyelid surgery together, when comparing photos taken with a regular camera, the sizes of the two eyes are clearly different. Even now, the asymmetry bothers me so much that I’m considering revision surgery …
