The other cases are different, but this was a place I recently went to for a consultation after a friend recommended it, a friend who had gone around for similar consultations for revision eyelid surgery. First of all, what I remember most here is that one of the front desk staff members was really kind. Whether when making the consultation appointment or checking the chart, they explained things calmly and clearly, and also let me know in advance that there would be a wait. So I think I was able to start and finish the visit feeling good. As for the consultation, which I consider the most important part, it was good because they tended to explain things well in an easy-to-understand way.
