The concern about looking like I had nose surgery... the unnaturalness...

I'm a school teacher. My nose tip has so much flesh, and compared to my face my nose is quite big... During practicum, the kids kept saying my nose was big... and that became a lifelong complex. I used to smile while covering my nose and the area around my mouth... something like that. So before I was assigned as a teacher, I had nose surgery. Because I hated it looking obvious... I thought if I only did the tip, my nose would get smaller and look prettier. But maybe more flesh got attached to my nose... anyway... It does seem a little smaller, but it also feels like my nose got longer... Anyway, with the shape looking even stranger... the clinic said... because there is a lot of flesh on the tip compared to the bridge... I would need to raise the bridge too for the tip to be reduced a lot. So I really... hated it, but... I had the bridge raised. But my nose was not originally a low nose. Even though they said they didn't add much, it ended up getting way too high. On top of that, it has a somewhat straight, rigid feel... When I look from the side, my face is roundish... but the nose just feels like it's standing high and pointy. Still, from the front it still looks fleshy around the nose... So I kept thinking, who would ever think I had surgery? I just avoided meeting anyone who could tell, like old college classmates, and lived that way... because they would just gossip, saying I got surgery and still look like that... I was afraid I'd become nothing but a topic of rumor... But today, one of the kids at school said it. They asked if I'd had nose surgery... kids say things like that, you know. So I casually said, "My complex was my nose, but if I had really had nose surgery, would it look like this? That's impossible.. who spread such a ridiculous rumor? Does my nose look like it's been operated on?" Then the child said, "The tip looks a little pointy... it looks unnatural. Like a Western nose... people used to get nose surgery like that back in the day." That's what they said... Not because it looks pretty at all, but because it looks unnatural... If even kids see it that way... adults probably can't bring themselves to say it openly, and I keep thinking how much they must think about it, which makes me so upset.... I was already planning to go to the clinic and confront them about it... Really... I don't even want to walk around showing my face... And my worry is... it's been 6 months now... If 1 or 2 years pass... the tip and bridge may show more, and it might become even pointier... How am I supposed to live then.. Is this what it's like after surgery, or is it just that the clinic's style didn't suit me at all.... From the front my nose is round, but from the side or at a 45-degree angle, the tip... seems to stick out much more sharply than average. The bridge is straight too, so it makes it even more so.. they say it looks like a Western nose... What do I do... this surgery was supposed to make me prettier.. Now I have even more complexes... I have to get married too.. I can't meet anyone and just keep living between work and home.. It's really the worst. I didn't even become prettier.. All I got was the awkwardness and a surgery that only shows. I can't even go to alumni gatherings anymore. I can't properly face people I vaguely know. I only meet very close friends... my confidence has fallen.. It's hard enough living like this.. And now even little kids see me like this... Am I supposed to just accept this kind of thing from the start? That's not right, is it? Did the surgery go badly?
