I had it done about 6 years ago, quite a while back, and now I see the clinic has moved I had nose-tip cartilage tying and ear cartilage grafting, and it turned out naturally, but it was too natural, which was the problem. The improvement of the bulbous nose from the front wasn’t very good either, so there wasn’t much difference, which was disappointing If you want something natural, it might be good
