I had scar removal surgery because I had a scar on my face from an accident. The consultation was explained by the doctor with drawings, and because I came through a friend's introduction, I had the surgery here. It's been about 3 years since the surgery now, and I personally don't really know, but my family says it doesn't show as much as before, so I'm reasonably satisfied.
