I had breast fat grafting around 2018, and now, five years later, my breasts have become a little bigger than before, but they just feel like my own breasts. There's no feeling that it was obviously surgically done. I don't think it had any effect on shaping either. Still, compared to before, they have gotten a bit bigger, so if you want a very, very subtle and natural look, I think doing a second round would be good.
