I got natural-adhesion double eyelid surgery as an event special back when I was on vacation, and I heard the doctor who operated on me has since left, though of course results vary by person and by surgery. I remember getting styes repeatedly after the surgery because of inflammation, and I had to have them lanced 4 or 5 times. The swelling was also really bad and the bruising wouldn’t go away, so I kept visiting the hospital, and every time they would just disinfect it a bit and say they had never seen a patient whose swelling didn’t go down like this. In the end, I now have a buried-suture scar, and because of the Mongolian fold, I ended up with a double eyelid line different from the one originally designed...
