It's been almost 2 years since I had rhinoplasty with silicone and ear cartilage, but..... Because of the silicone in my nose, it keeps bothering me, and I really can't just stay like this.. The silicone is very obvious, and I'm considering revision surgery too, but what happens if I remove the silicone?? Can the ear cartilage be removed together too?? I heard ear cartilage can't be removed. Is that true?? If I remove the silicone and cartilage, will it go back to how it was originally.... Please let me know
