A few years ago, I was told that Aquafilling filler lasts 5 years and dissolves easily with saline, and since they said the doctor was a specialist and skilled, I trusted them and got it injected, but at another hospital they said it absolutely does not dissolve with saline, and that it is not a 5-year filler but a permanent filler that has to be removed by suction. They also said that even with suction, it’s impossible to fully go back to the way it was, even if as much as possible is removed. And removing it by suction is much more expensive than the filler itself, and if something like this happens, the doctor should take responsibility all the way through and provide aftercare, but this is a hospital that just ends things once the procedure is done...
