It was just average. Sitting in the waiting room with anesthetic cream on was really awkward. At other clinics, I think I was lying down, but here they just had me wait in a chair. The laser room was somehow in an open area, so it was awkward even when getting the laser treatment. The doctor was kind, but it felt hectic before and after.
