The doctor and the consultation manager were kind, but the other staff were just so-so. There were a lot of people waiting, but they were laughing and chatting way too loudly at the desk, so I was like, what is this. The consultation manager was kind, but seemed lacking in information; still, I liked that they didn't push anything. They actually discouraged me, saying it might be too much. The doctor was definitely kinder than other places. Yep. I got my lips and mouth corners done, and they shaped the line well the way I wanted.
