They seem to usually recommend partial incision because most young patients want a natural look. It is natural, but there are reviews saying it loosens, and since my upper eyelids are on the thicker side, I’m not sure whether partial incision is the surgical method that suits my eyes. They said I didn’t need epicanthoplasty, and there wasn’t any particular overtreatment or pressure to undergo unnecessary surgery.
