This was the first clinic I went to for double eyelid consultation. I had a consultation with the manager, but not with the director. They said there are specific times when consultations with the director are possible. I did the consultation with the manager, and compared with other hospitals, it felt like they were overly pushing procedures. Of course, a consultation with the manager doesn't mean you'll definitely have the procedure, but since it wasn't with the director, it felt somewhat lacking in expertise. When you book a consultation, be sure to ask whether the director consultation is available and schedule it for that time.
