Like in other reviews, I was warned that about 20 or so areas of pigmentation could get worse. I had so many freckles that I just went ahead with it, and if I look really carefully, I can see about one or two spots of pigmentation, but the rest of the freckles were removed cleanly. It hurt, but I think I’ll go again in a few years. Oh, the doctor is really not kind. They dislike being asked questions, and you have to choose from the options they suggest.
