First of all, the treatment room and laser room are on different floors, and it’s way too confusing to know where to go. Despite that complexity, they’re very unfriendly. When getting Botox, they don’t apply numbing cream. It really hurts like crazy. Hair removal was good because they checked thoroughly. I wouldn’t say everyone feels clearly kind, and I don’t really feel attached to the place. Why? Because every time I go, I get confused about which floor to go to, and seeing that they don’t guide me properly leaves me mostly with memories of being irritated and exhausted. When I think about walking up the escalator on a hot day, panting, I don’t want to go.
