My two aunts had lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. I made the appointment and they had surgery. When I booked the consultation through KakaoTalk, they answered kindly, and the surgical results were good without much swelling. But I am not sure whether they definitely did repositioning or removed the fat. I think we will have to keep watching for now.
