What should I do?

I had nose surgery about two months ago. My original nose had a wide nasal dorsum and was the bulbous-nose type, but I had some flesh on the nasal tip and it was wide, which made me look fortunate, so I didn't dislike it that much. But the doctor said my nose looked big because of the nasal tip, and suggested tying the nasal tip, doing nasal bone osteotomy, and placing Gore-Tex. After surgery, my nose became excessively high, the tied nasal tip looked too obvious, and I looked older, so I quickly had revision surgery at another clinic. I wanted to go back to my original nose, but since my nose looked a little long, I asked them to make it short and slightly upturned, like a beoseon-style nose, so I would look younger and more feminine. After surgery, the doctor reflected my opinion a lot, removed the Gore-Tex and cartilage, released the cartilage tying, tied it again only slightly, and tried to make it as natural as possible while lifting the nasal tip a little, but the problem is that it looks extremely disharmonious with my face. And it looks more spread out than my original nose, the nasal tip is raised, and the alar area looks lower than the center of the nasal tip. The nose became shorter, but the short nose doesn't suit my long face, my philtrum looks long, and my mouth looks protruded. They shaved down the area that had a slight hump, and maybe because they left the height as it was, my nose looks lower than before surgery. If I look only at the nose, it could be cute, but when I smile, it spreads out especially noticeably, and in some ways it looks even wider than before and unbalanced. In this kind of case, what should I do? I don't need anything else; I just want to get my original nose back. Wouldn't it look even stranger if I had surgery three times? Before surgery, people said I looked pretty and elegant, but now they just say I look approachable. Would it be okay if I had a third surgery? If anyone has had a similar case, please reply.
