It was my first nose surgery, so I went because people around me showed me noses that had turned out well, but the result was just so-so. They shaved down the hump and only used ear cartilage for the tip. The sizes of the nostrils on both sides were different, and I wasn't satisfied, so I had revision surgery elsewhere and put in silicone.
