I saw a lot of comments saying the staff are rude, and they really are so rude that even 1 star feels like a waste I regret not getting the counseling manager’s name. I went for a Lufat consultation, and she spoke in a tone that looked down on people, couldn’t even explain things well, and kept sighing heavily while talking. During the consultation I wanted to leave. She unconditionally pushed liposuction, and I don’t know about anything else, but because of that manager I don’t even want to go back to the clinic.
