This is a clinic where the reservation time is completely meaningless. After checking in, it's just an endless series of waiting with no idea when you'll be called. Even when explaining the procedure, they said that if I've had Botox before, I would know, so they would skip the explanation and told me to sign first. I signed for the procedure, paid, and they still didn't call me, so I complained, but this clinic gave no apology at all. The effect wasn't good either. It seems they are now operating under a different name. I'm never going again.
