My face was round and my chin was short.. So when I had nose surgery, I also had an implant inserted in my chin~ The result is that no one, really no one, can tell I had nose surgery.. Instead, they suspect my chin.. saying my chin got longer or that my face got slimmer. I guess women really are sensitive to things like that I lie and say no, it’s the effect of the nose surgery.. But inside, I’m secretly upset.. because they don’t notice it.. Natural is good, but still, this is too much~ ten out of ten people don’t know.. Since really, really no one notices, I honestly feel like the money was wasted.. It wasn’t a small amount of money either~~ Was my old nose so strange that this was the only result possible.. If I say I had surgery, they say my nose looks exactly the same as before and that the money was wasted.. So I go around saying I had nose surgery, but the funnier thing is people don’t believe me lol I don’t know if I should have revision surgery or if this is actually a good thing... I also wonder, if I had surgery at another hospital, would the result have been the same? I think about things like that too.. What should I really do
