It's been one day since chin surgery

Yesterday I had my chin and double eyelids done, and I just came home... But my chin hurts so, so, so much... It feels like my whole face hurts My head hurts too and I have a fever.... My whole face is swollen... If I had known it would hurt this much........ My throat hurts so much that it's really hard to swallow saliva, I can't talk, and my lips are so, so swollen that they sting and hurt, they look completely like sausages I can't even open my mouth and I'm only drinking pumpkin juice,,, would it be okay to eat something like porridge now?? And I want to use mouthwash, can I do that now?? When will I be free from this pain... Also, the hospital said it's okay even if I don't do ice compresses, but wouldn't it be better to do them??? I kind of want not to because it's bothersome....
