I came back 2 hours and 30 minutes after surgery~

I had full-incision double eyelid surgery and inner canthoplasty.. It was my first surgery ever, so while I was lying on the operating table I was shaking so much I could hear my pulse going beep-beep-beep and ugh They gave me anesthesia in my eyes, and ahh it hurt, sob sob My tears kept welling up.. And during the surgery, removing the fat also hurt a little For some reason it felt like they stitched it once with thread, saw it was uneven, then undid it again and stitched it again, like sewing a thorn inㅡㅡ;; After everything was done I looked in the mirror Huh? Is it usually not that swollen? It was smaller than I expected!! I asked for it to be made bigger... the thread is transparent so it doesn't look ugly.. I said I wouldn't look in the mirror because I was afraid it would look bad, but the doctor and the nurse sister said no, it was fine, so I looked, and it really didn't look uglyㅡㅡ more than I expected^^;; I had heard from friends and seen photos, so I thought it would bruise and that it would be really huge and look weird, but there isn't even a single bruise.. is it normal for there to be none on the first day?? I’m resting at home now and my eyes hurt I can’t open them properly, just half-liddedㅡㅡ If I open them straight, it hurts That’s normal, right?? I’m not weird, right??? Since it’s smaller than I expected, I’m really worried it might end up being an inner double eyelid~~ At first, because I kept hearing people say it looked like a sausage or something weird I thought it actually seemed surprisingly okay, so now I’m worried I want to peel off the tape and look, but I’m scared so I can’t even take it off I’ll upload photos later~~^^
