Yesterday they said it’s good to sleep with your upper body elevated, so after the soccer match ended, I started sleeping at an angle on the bed.. But I don’t know how much time passed; sleeping like that made my lower back hurt--; I checked the clock! Oh dear, only 2 o’clock.. I really couldn’t take it, so I just thought whatever and lay down to sleep. Since it was Saturday, I overslept again and woke up at 9, then looked in the mirror, and wow.. I was even more swollen than yesterday~ Sob sob.. The sausage-like swelling pressure is no joke. There’s some pain too... In person, there’s more swelling than in the photo, and the left side is more swollen... When will this go down? I have to go to work on the 7th, ahh.. I think I saw in an old post that the second day swells more.. Is that really true?
